Shipping Policy
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping is absolutely free all over India.

Metamorphe ships throughout India!

Does Metamorphe ship outside India?
At present Metamorphe ships only nationally. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!

What are the estimated delivery times?
We deliver your orders within 2-5 business working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
As soon as we dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-7 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.
Is it possible to request for change the delivery address at any point of time once the order has been placed?
-If order has been placed but not dispatched:
Once the order has been placed but not dispatched that means we have received the confirmation and your order is in our warehouse where we are working to get it dispatched. So as your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact our customer service team on metamorphe.in@gmail.com as soon as possible for the changes in the order. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer a few security questions before we can make any changes to your order.
-If order has been placed and dispatched.
Once your order has been placed and dispatched, we would be unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and our policies are made to provide a better shopping experience for all our customers.
If our shipper is unable to ship the order at your provided address then the order is automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as return.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package via the link provide in the email 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse .
I have placed an order, but may not be able to receive it due to unexpected circumstances. Can you hold the delivery until I can receive it?
If you placed order is not yet dispatched then please to contact our customer team on metamorphe.in@gmail.com as soon as possible for the changes. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer a few security questions before we can make any changes to your order. But if your order is already dispatched then we are sorry we won’t be able to hold your delivery.
Are there any hidden charges such as Octroi or Sales Tax when I make the payment?
There are no such hidden charges when you buy any product from us. The prices listed on our website during checkout are final and inclusive of all taxes.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Metamorphe. We will be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Metamorphe, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there is something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.
Refunds
We at Metamorphe take pride in ourselves for serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won‚ get damaged during transit. Please note that Metamorphe is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
-We DO NOT allow returns on sold products - online or in retail outlets.
-We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
-Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made - be they online or in retail store.
-We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
-We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers if we do so.
-We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns.
-If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund may be possible.
-Orders generally take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
-Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
-If you face any issues, please contact our Support Team immediately.
